Korosho Group was founded in the belief that Tanzania's rich cashew heritage could be channelled into a force for economic empowerment — especially for women. Starting with a small cooperative of women farmers in the Pwani region, we have grown into Tanzania's leading cashew production and export enterprise.
Today, we work across the entire value chain: supporting thousands of smallholder farmers with training and inputs, operating state-of-the-art processing facilities, and maintaining direct trading relationships with premium international buyers.
Our success is measured not only in metric tonnes exported, but in the livelihoods transformed, the cooperatives strengthened, and the communities that now have a sustainable economic future through cashew.
To empower Tanzanian farmers — especially women — through an inclusive, high-quality cashew value chain that creates sustainable livelihoods and connects African agriculture to global markets.
To be East Africa's most trusted and impactful cashew enterprise — recognised for product excellence, social responsibility, and the transformative role we play in the lives of farming communities.
We hold ourselves to the highest standards in product quality, service delivery, and business conduct.
We build relationships on honesty, transparency, and the consistent honouring of commitments.
We believe in people's capacity to transform their own lives when given the right support and opportunity.
We are stewards of Tanzania's land and communities. Our success must create lasting benefit, not extract it.
We continuously seek better ways to farm, process, trade, and serve — driven by data and farmer feedback.
We work in partnership — with farmers, buyers, NGOs, and government — because shared goals create greater impact.
